Road-Tech Engineering has grown to become a highly respected player in the South African civil engineering and infrastructure development space, offering its services and wealth of expertise to government departments and private developers across the country. Established in 2012, we are registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a level 8 CE contractor and the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Road-Tech Engineering is also a Level 4 B-BBEE contributor.

Greg Badenhorst - Director
Greg has been actively involved in the civil engineering and infrastructure industry for over 30 years. He held the leadership role of managing director at Roadcrete Africa for many years. Greg has been responsible for many landmark and prestigious projects.
Pierre van Rensburg - Director
Pierre started his career in 1985 and has many years of experience in multi-disciplinary projects. He was operations director at Roadcrete Africa.
Deon Mackinlay – Contracts Manager
Deon has some 28 years of experience in the industry, specializing in all concrete structures including Wind Farms. He previously held the position of Contracts Manager at Power Construction.
Louise Jordaan – Financial Manager
Louise graduated with a BCom. Hons. In Chartered Management Accountancy (CIMA) and has gained 13 years of experience and has spent 7 years within the Civil Engineering environment.
Mayenzeke Sandla – Commercial Manager
Mayenzeke, also known as Sandla graduated with a Bachelor of Technology, in Quantity Surveying. Sandla has accumulated 18 years of industry experience, encompassing contract and claims negotiation, project engineering, project costing and estimating, project and construction management, implementing company strategies and cost advisory and preparation of contract documents.
